Very Merry Indeed, part one

December is a big month of celebration in our house.  First we get to celebrate this guy- turning 6!!!

How is it possible that I have been blessed for 6 wild years with this little firecracker? He just blesses our family so much. He is SO FUNNY. He's SO relational.  He's so sensitive and so complimentary. He says the craziest things. I wish I had written a book with all the crazy things he says. Everyone who meets him immediately loves him because he's so charismatic. And he's super dramatic too. He cries many times a day, mostly because he gets legitimately hurt. He's just like Guillermo was as a kid! And I love that about him.

Quinn is obsessed with Crash & Bernstein the show & when Abuela & Abuelo got him his very own puppet he FREAKED out!

This year for Quinn's birthday we didn't want to do a party since most kids we invite can't come in December, so this year we did a low key dinner after school & work and we're taking him to a hotel in Charlotte for his real birthday weekend next weekend!

The b-ball continues, even the week of Christmas! Vivi SO badly wants to be out on the gym floor! Lol.

We celebrated 9 years of marriage the day after Quinn's birthday (12.16.14) and it has been an incredible 9 years. As excited as I was in this picture, I'm still equally excited to be married to Guillermo.  He's just the best person I know, in every way.  Even all this time later, I am still blow n away with how blessed I am to be with such a GOOD person, in a world where people are so CRAZY and selfish- Guillermo is so unselfish and so, so kind and loving. I am so, so grateful for him, I love him so!

I had to post this picture from my work Christmas party, love my coworker's expression here. He can't handle the gangsta ways!

Last year we started our annual Grinch Party (where we eat green foods & watch the Grinch) and this year we made it our gingerbread house making/annual Grinch party with Uncle James!

Not an actual homemade gingerbread house, but I LOVE gingerbread house décor and wanted to post a picture of my fake house. :)

.....and a cute picture of one of the favors Quinn got from a classmate (the mini mason jar with Christmas tree)

Gotta love those all natural organic chips (hahaha).....

And can never forget the grinchy punch!

The phenomenal house in front if James' (of course), the gingerbread outhouse is Quinns (back right) and the other cottage house is Viv's & Judah's!

Since we had our wedding reception at the James Island County Park it's our special trek each year to go visit!

This is the hall where we had our reception!

We went to the lights bright & early to avoid traffic, we even went in the drizzle. Best time ever, no waiting in traffic, got to ride the train for the first time.... definitely hitting up the lights on a weekday every year from now on!

Some of my favorite lights... the new bridge....

.....the old bridge....

the love birds.....

the UNICORN. Lol

My favorite lights, the gingerbread house.

and THIS TREE!

The 2014 edition of this family photo! Not sure why it looks like I am holding a glowing orb.... maybe a rain drop? Apparently my running fleece glows too! That's not a glow in the dark neck tie! :)

Previous years in front of the same trees.....

Quinn was about a week old here.....

1 year old Quinn & 3 year old Judah....

and they grow & grow as the length of G's facial hair shrinks....

Baby girl's first Christmas....

And last year when the person couldn't use my camera right. Bur Burr....

My favorite snow bunnies!

It's the countdown to 2015! YAY....
