Uh-oh. Sounds like somebody's got a case of the Mondays.

Dude. Totally have a case of the Mondays, or maybe I should say, I hate mondays cause I miss my sweethearts especially on mondays after spending a couple of awesome full days with them. BUT, now I can say, they're with the next best thing to Guillermo or I- with Miss Kat! Whom they adore and she loves them all snuggly at the house! Sooooooo- here are some pics of a pretty typical day around the Soul-Errrr-Ohhh (as our friend Ben calls us) house hold.

Judah is awakened too early from his nap cause of the screaming banchee- Quinny, therefore he is not in the best mood- but look at Quinn, he's too cool for school- AND too cool for crying. He doesn't have to cry, it's time to PLAY!

Judah gets more upset.......and more adorable, might I add......
Mama to the rescue!! Poor Bebe.

Look! All better now..... (with his new obsession, the movie Cars and his little cars from Cars, which he takes EVERYWHERE with him, potty, EVERY time we leave the house, move from room to room, they have to go to the table when he eats..... you get the point)

Cue cool guy bass guitar rift, Quinn- not deterred by big brother melt down OR a face plant into the side of the chair making his nose slightly swollen!

It's all good in the hood.

Cue Jaws Music: Du Duhn, Du Duhn, Du Duhn, Judah - the Shark Killa!

I've always wanted to do this with Judah, but he had to wait until we got him some boots. Since we bought him these boots for the moutain trip, I've been waiting for some rain! Can you imagine if this child was Kate Gosselin's child? She would have a heart attack! Judah told me that there were whales, turtles, sharks and fishies in the water, so I told him he'd better stomp on that shark! The video is his hilarious rendition of him stomping on the shark.......

No one puts Baby in a corner!

My Dad has been trying to organize a family vacation for years and this year we decided it was now or never (well, at least not until Guillermo is out of nursing school). We decided to give each other the gift of a vacation, instead of traditional Christmas presents and let me just say, that is one of the best gifts I've ever gotten.  We stayed at Lake Lure, NC-in a resort called Dancing Falls (the house was right in front of the spot where they filmed part of Dirty Dancing, including the lift practises in the water. Guillermo spent the weekend morning Patrick Swayze (RIP). Guillermo and I practised our lifts in the jacuzzi all weekend, and when I say lifts, I mean lifting a donut to our mouth! We had so much fun together and it is so neat to see the boys playing with their adorable cousin, Devon (above, blue hat and jacket)! I want to move to Lake Lure, despite them not having a Target, or a Marshalls, or a Chick Fil A close by, it was my idea of paradise!
On a side note, when did The Children's Place decide this was a good marketing graphic for their clothes?? Despite the white ground, that was not snow, it was sand! No snow while we were there, but there was leftover snowy ice on the ground, so at least Judah could touch and walk on "snow"!

Barefoot, pregnant and in the kitchen- that's how my sister rolls (her baby boy is due Feb 25th! Yay!)! I think I'll blame my new stomach roll on her cooking.

Thank God for awesome grandparents who love to entertain their grandbabes!

My happy sweets!

It's "Uncle Fee"!! Judah cried every day up until we left for our trip cause he wanted to go see Firoze then and not wait until our trip!

Ahhh, Good memories!

Happy 2010 and thank you God for our Mary Poppins. `

We attempted a gingerbread house! Quinn really liked eating the candy and smearing the frosting in his hair, so his time of helping was very short, but at least we can say it was a "family" event! :)

Like father, like son. I told Guillermo and Judah I was going to take a picture, so "Smile"-they both sat there with heads down, but said "smile" like that I was all I was asking them to do. We had a good laugh about that!

Judah did an awesome job!!

The house stood without caving in for a whole 2 mintues too!

Is it just me, or does he remind you of the chubby brother from Christmas story with all of his snow suit gear??

Guillermo's sister, Carla- "Titi" came to visit with her friend Kasey for the new year!

Judah LOVES his Tio!

This purty lady is an answer to prayer. This is the boys new nanny (and maybe my future sister in law- no pressure Ivan!! Lol)..... anyways, I have been praying and praying for God to send a miracle situation for the boys to not be in daycare, mainly because of how often they get sick and they learn some pretty bad behavior (from the other kids) that we spend a LOT of time trying to undo... and Kat is pretty much a miracle. Seriously can't tell you how much I've been praying for this opportunity! We're soooo excited for them to start with her next monday!

Quinn was making the funniest expressions on this ride at the playground. YOu can almost read his thoughts. "I think I like it.... get me off.... I like it.... this is scary, get me off"!
